LAUNCHPAD is our newest employability project where we take young people outside employment, education and training and provide them with supported pathways to meaningful careers in various sectors through creating micro social enterprise projects delivered within local commnuities.

Brew for Better
Brew for Better gives young people the chance to build confidence, gain training, develop workplace routines and experience paid work in a supported setting. The coffee trailer creates a safe, practical learning environment where participants can develop skills in barista work, food hygiene, cash handling, customer service, stock control and teamwork.
Clones Marina Activity Hub
Clones Marina Activity Hub uses low-cost kayaking, structured water sessions and positive outdoor activity to support health, wellbeing and water confidence. Based at Clones Blueway, the project creates opportunities for young people and the wider community to get active on the water while building confidence, participation and local connection
