Targeted Youth Employability

The Targeted Youth Employability Support Initiative is a programme that will provide support to young people aged 15-24 years who are considered to be hard to reach and struggling to engage.

The focus will be on three outcomes: Communication, Confidence and Agency and Resilience and Determination as defined by Better Outcomes Better Futures Policy.

The aim of the programme is to ensure young people who are not in education, employment or training are supported and empowered to develop the skills necessary to help them move confidently into their future.

The project will work on young people’s development in a holistic way and will include transferable/soft and life skills.
