What is Brew for Better?
Brew for Better is a community coffee enterprise with a clear purpose — creating real pathways into employment for young people.

Through a structured training and work experience programme, participants gain practical barista skills, recognised qualifications, and hands-on experience in a live trading environment. The programme is designed to build confidence, develop transferable skills, and support progression into further training, education or employment.
​
Operating as a social enterprise, all income generated through Brew for Better is reinvested into Youth Work Ireland Cavan Monaghan services, supporting young people across the region.
